10 Rounds. Six Weeks. Week 5. Let’s Go! And just like that, another week is done! Week 5 of 10 Rounds by beachbody has come and gone. 10 Rounds is an at home workout mixing both boxing and lifting. We have three boxing days and two lifting days, as well as two rest days. The workouts range from around 30-45 minutes with warm ups and cooldowns.
